Making an R package

I'm currently reading the book R packages by Hadley Wickham. HW had written the entire book as an R markdown script using R studio. So for... its a nice read.
Mean time I tried making a utility package for myself using the book and using some youtube videos links are here and here.

Here is the R package I created, called bioUtilsr . yes the name is lame.

The basic problem is in namespace. I feel everything in R is dumped all together. I need to keep reading how to properly structure a package.
